Highly vapour permeable but waterproof external membrane to keep moisture out and prevent drafts entering living areas

Double glazed PVC draft proof windows

Aluminium fly screens to suit bushfire attack level

Colorbond roofing

90mm diameter PVC downpipes

Ember and vermin proofing to walls to suit bushfire attack level as required

The floor is made from cross laminated timber resulting in a very solid warm timber finish

Doors are extra wide (920 mm) 

Door handles on interior doors are high quality Lockwood Velocity
