The process from start to finish

1. Meet the builder either on site or in the office

2. Organize the paperwork to get started

3. Apply for planning and building permits as required from local council

​

4. Deliver prefabricated house to site ready for assembly

​

5. Assemble house

​

6. Get final building inspections and occupancy certificate from council

​

7. Get keys from builder and move in
